True Knowledge (TK) is a non-profit organization that is aiming to strengthen families, build the community, inspire society, and strive for a better tomorrow. Our mission is to empower, encourage, and support individuals in their journey through tough times. It takes a family to encourage, support, and equip one another with tools and knowledge to flourish not only physically but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. We are not a church group or a missionary group trying to promote religion, force beliefs or scripture on anyone. We are an outreach charity that cares, reaching out to every individual that has the breath of life to obtain true knowledge.
It’s not about patriotism or pride for one’s country or congregation, but showing and act of compassion and benevolent to all mankind. We as humans are fighting a multi-dimensional war: a war within ourselves, a physical war, and a spiritual war. In this war, being human, we will get fatigued and may get discouraged and need a place of refuge for peace, support, and too regroup. TK is aiming to be that physical refugee camp; letting each individual know that we are fighting the same war but in different battle fields and we are all in this together.
Even though we are built for charity and education purposes, we are not looking to gain any tax credit or tax breaks. We are doing what is obligated and what we are created to do as a child of God, giving from the heart, not looking for any compensation for our actions. The Lord is our provider and we are truly blessed to live for Him and to be a servant to His people. We believe in transparency. We are not setup to run off of donations, but donations are welcome.
Our goal is to set up a positive atmosphere with a variety or resources, support groups, classes, and activities for all ages, helping individuals strengthen their thought process allowing them to incorporate positive problem solving skills to navigate through the trials of life so we as a body can focus on the purpose of life and not be distracted by the problems of life.
Statement of Purpose
We know that God guides us to inspire His body and stand on His Word so the world may see the light of His glory. We are not here to condemn or force biblical text on anyone but live according to the text to influence others and be a living testimony for the Lord in perilous times. We must not be conformed to custom, traditions, or act accordingly to the ways of the world but stand and show the world how a child of God can stand in adversity and not be broken as we are rising above physical affairs and pain because we are standing in spiritual humbleness, patients, obedience, and peace in Christ Jesus that comfort us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble.
We do not believe in judging or persecuting individuals for their beliefs or actions but inspire and support all.
You are the light of the world. A city that is as on a hill cannot be hid. Neither does anyone light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it give light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
Matthew 5:14-17
What we believe
* We believe that the original writing of the bible is the inspired word of God.
II Timothy 3:16; II Peter 1:20-21
* We believe that there is only one true God that is manifested in three beings— Father, Son, and The Holy Spirit. For a better understanding take three pennies and line them up with each other and place them on a flat surface. Looking down on them, how many coins do you see? The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are lined up with the same essence, the same nature, the same will, the same way; in one accord.
Genesis 1:26-27; Matthew 28:19; I John 5:7
* We believe that Jesus Christ is the son of the living God, who was sent by the Father to die for our sins, risen on the third day and ascended back to the Father.
John 1:1,14; Matthew 27:35; 28:5-6; Mark 16:6,19; Luke 24:7, 46-48, 50-52; Romans 5:8.
* We believe that God has one true church and that church is spiritual not physical. We believe that Christ built His church around the truth, that He is Christ the Son of the living God. We believe that one day evil shall take its place at the throne of this world and the physical church will be persecuted and destroyed and this is why Christ teaches us that God is a Spirit and he that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth. God does not dwell in temples made by hand or dwell in specific locations that his children must gather– It is written that where 2 or more gather in Christ name He will be in the mist of them. The local church is designed as a physical place to go for fellowship and sharing of The Gospel. Our faith lies not in a church but in Christ Jesus.
Matthew 18:20; 16:17-19; Luke 21:12; John 4:19-24; Act 17:
What is the difference between the Old-Testament and New-Testament of the bible?
In the Old-Testament you see worshiping other gods, self-gratification, turning their back on the Lord until time of trouble, destruction of cities and individuals, walking without natural affection, and lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God, no sign of anyone possess with devils; they walked among the world causing havoc with no fear. Now when Christ was sent and walked amongst us. Evil responded to his authority, “A man that had a spirit of an unclean devil cried out with a loud voice, saying, let us alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? Art thou come to destroy us before the time? I know who you are; the Holy One of God.” Even his followers, a possessed lady started following Paul and his group and then cried out saying, "These men are the servants of the most high God", and Paul commanded the spirit to come out (Acts 16:16-18). All throughout The New Testament, the followers of Christ showed great authority over the enemy and the world, in which is given to them through Christ.
Which testament does our generation falls in? We live in the New-Testament but walk in the old one. The Father sent His Son not just to die for our sins. He came to become what we are, so we can become what He is. We must walk accordingly with our faith, trust, and the authority that is given to us, not to make man fear or war against the physical or live in defeat but fight this spiritual war and our enemies that fear the presence of Jesus Christ that dwell in us. “And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; they shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover….Rejoice not because the spirits are subject unto you; but because your name is written in heaven.”
